I was in charge of the design team, producing the conceptual design and overseeing construction. |

Art director Admission Magazine Sept 2002 - March 2003 www.admissionmagazine.com Full colour, glossy supplement distributed to 50 000 nationwide. IT/lifestyle magazine aimed at ethnic minorities. Distributed by The Voice Group. I produced this magazine from concept to print. Working closely with the editor, setting schedules and ensuring that we hit the print deadline. I also conceptually designed, produced layouts, directed photography shoots, and provided cover illustrations. I gained an in-depth knowledge of the print process having been responsible for overseeing the entire production of Admission magazine including liaising with pre-press and printers, and being present to press-pass the first issue. ____________________________________________________ |

The first step was storyboarding and conceptualising the games, I designed most of the visual elements and coordinated the construction. Director/Producer Hyena speculative video projects May - December 2001 www.thehaircut.co.uk I was asked to produce a short film by the MD of Hyena. The project snowballed and became a 20-minute short called The Haircut shot on DV with a seven-person, semi-professional crew and two professional actors. Shot at Sands film studios in East London, it showcases my ability to turn my management, design and problem-solving skills to any type of project and my capacity to adapt to completely new working environments and practices.
